J'ai eu Louis aujourd'hui. Il doit me recontacter demain pour de plus amples précisions.
Voila le topo :
- sans doute chaud pour lui le 1er juin, il monte un concert à Toulouse à peu près au même moment. Sad
- pour la batterie, il peut sans doute nous démerder quelque chose. Very Happy

Ah ok, voila qui est clair.
Compliqués les chiffres des Sheper, au moins 3 bossent + ou - avec Panda...peu importe, ajoute 15 presse mec. Grazie.

Des news de Louis maintenant pour le brunch du 1er :

- il s'apprêtait à checker avec le Volume pour la batterie, autant s'en occuper, j'ai envoyé un message à Lucio. À suivre...

- il confirme qu'il ne sera pas là pour la première partie mais nous propose un groupe folk italien (dont il ne se rappelle pas du nom) très sympa, un homme et une femme, en tournée. Ils ne demanderaient pas grand-chose, enfin il doit envoyer les info les concernant.
La manière dont il m'en a parlé, très enthousiaste, cela semble être une très bonne occaz, peut-être aussi une manière de vendre autrement ce brunch qui ne décolle (toujours ?) pas.

Voilou, à suivre.

Par contre j'ai déjà vu avec lui pour les éléments de batterie et ça va être un peu tendax car quasi tous ses éléments sont pété et ceux du Volume seront utilisé pour des répètes... je regarde de mon côté si je peux te trouver un pote qui te dépanne.

D'après la newzletter, c'est donc complet le 30, coolos. Je préviens Chloé.
Je trouve ça plutôt rigolo le punk folk espagnol (il est perdu ce Louis !! il parlait d'Italiens :-) on pourrait les contacter.
Tout dépend un peu des réservations non ? Cette date permet de rentrer un peu plus de sous pour Blake, mais s'il y a 40 personnes et que l'on doit partager, pas bon pour lui.
Qui de chez nous vient le dimanche au fait ?

Par contre, ironie de l'histoire, j'ai appris hier que je ne pourrais pas être présent le 30 avant au moins 21h Bannir
Mon adorable, que dis-je délicieuse directrice vient de refuser, pour la deuxième fois, mon jour de congé....
DÉSOLÉ, je ne pourrais donc même pas vous filer la main pour cette grosse soirée, ni même écouter Shake It tiens.

Je vois 2/3 choses importantes pour le 30 mai :
-savoir quand on peut aller récupérer la sono du Crossover (@Damien, peux-tu me filer le n° de Chloé ?)
-savoir auprès du Sheper quand on peut investir la maison pour les préparatifs (14h, ça ne serait pas du luxe!)
-savoir qui est présent de la team CCM!!!!
-Vu qu'il va y avoir du monde, 2 tables aux entrées pourrait avoir un intérêt. L'entrée est gratos mais il va y avoir des adhésions c'est sûr et aussi des préventes fesotche ! Il faudrait des affiches+flyers d'ailleurs + flyers pour le brunch du 1er juin.

On va mettre en place un système de bracelets pour différencier le staff + artistes du public. J'ai des bracelets donc je prendrais les nôtres;

ouverture des portes : 20h00
début du concert : 21h00
The Kitchies : 21h00 - 22h20
Shake it : 22h30 - 00h00

Et on pourrait faire venir les artistes à partir de 18h30 pour les balances.

Pour le matos je fais un mail aux Kitchies et je te mets en copie.

Comme prévu de notre côté on ramène le HK Panda."

Ouep, c'est bien ! Et sans l'avoir vraiment formalisé, une moitié du public est composée de futurs nouveaux adhérents (chouette) et l'autre de "fidèles" qui connaissent la routine. C'est parfait.


Alors, quelques réponses maintenant. Nous voyons les Sheper jeudi, il y aura sans doute quelques ajustements.


Nous sommes 11 du staff + 5 hôtes.

Arrivée prévue vers 14h.

Plus tôt la sono est là, mieux c'est. Donc oui, venez nous filer un petit coup de main.

Les balances sont prévues bien sur, vers 18h. plutôt.


Ton line-up me semble un peu serré par contre.

Les portes ouvriront vers 19h.

Début des concerts 21h. max.

Ensuite, prévoir 1h de set me semble suffisant (avec d'éventuels rappels + changement), ça donnerait ça :

- Kitchies 21h-22h

- Shake It Like a Caveman 22h30-23h30


Effectivement, minuit est le max à ne pas dépasser pour la musique.

Nous avions pensé à un ordre de passage inverse mais au vu des réservations, on peut partir sur ça (à confirmer) et moi ça m'arrange :-)


Dès que j'ai des info. bétonnées je reviens vers toi. Fin de semaine sans doute.

Il était finalement question de faire jouer Shake It en 2eme, en est-il de même avec June ?

Et surtout, que fait-on du brunch du 1er ? Sachant que cette date était surtout pour Shake It, que fait-on ?
Louis m'a recontacté pour son groupe de folk punk espagnol, je lui donne une réponse jeudi.
On en est à combien de réservations ?
Si c'est un tout autre concert, les résa peuvent décoller qui sait !?
On programme à nouveau June ?

Et on vend des pré-ventes, peut-être des adhésions supp ?

Franchement, ça va être la galère ce brunch, moi je suis pour annuler : comme tu le dis, à l'origine, c'était vraiment pour dépanner Shake It. De plus, on a peu de résas.
Et je t'annonce déjà qu'on sera content de se reposer après la soirée du 30... Si on s'ennuie, on peut toujours aller à Sérannon, faire une réunion, ou préparer le concert du 14 juin, faire une réunion,

Okay Okay Okay Okay 110 max d'inscriptions ? Sachant qu'on ne sait pas trop les 25 du côté des hôtes, les 15 journalistes (?) du côté de Crossover ?

Petit compte-rendu de la rencontre avec nos hôtes (le Sheper & les colocs) du 30 mai. 
Déjà, super belle maison, super jardin en terrasses.  Les colocs sont adorables et chauds pour la soirée : 
le sheper va avoir un stand. Ils bossent tous sur la déco, notamment sur la signalétique.


-installation : l’ensemble du lieu est suffisamment grand pour pouvoir naviguer à 150 personnes même si l’accès principal n’est pas 
très large et si un escalier extérieur est à sécuriser. Le jardin est bien entretenu donc, pas de jardinage à faire 
(excepté peut-être l'entrée de la maison où l’on pourrait élaguer la haie ?). 


Reste à faire :
-construire le bar
-installer tables pour buffet
-réorganiser les tables et chaises pour créer différents espaces
-installer lumières extérieurs
-nettoyer et brancher le 2nd frigo
-installer la signalétique extérieure et intérieure (on condamne l’accès à l’étage + l’entrée dans les chambres


Pour tout ça, on propose de venir la veille qui est fériée. Pas besoin d'être très nombreux. Mais on passera un bon moment  Okay
Il y a déjà Marine & Jules, Damien & moi. Rdv là-bas vers 10h (?). On apporte tous un truc à manger/boire et on partagera le repas!


-à amener :
-Marine s’occupe d’apporter les palettes stockés par Jean dans son camion
-des outils des outils !
-la sono complète
-toutes nos lumières (CCM + Fincher)
-table de mixage de Babou
-rallonges, rallonges, rallonges !
-guirlandes, petites lampes etc.
-flyers pour festival !


Thibaud, un des colocs, qui bosse chez Panda, s’occupe de gérer pour la sono de Panda, des lumières, les rallonges qu'il peut.


-Compte tenu de nombreux vis à vis, je propose de prévenir les flics de la tenue de cette soirée privée en se présentant comme Panda + CCM. 
Et en promettant que le son sera terminé à 23h. Cette idée étant pour prévenir toute arrivée de la police. Marine et les Shepers vont aller voir 
le voisinage pour les prévenirs ce dimanche mais vaut mieux être prévoyant… Votre avis ?


-Pour le mail avec informations au public : il faudra insister sur le fait de venir en tram ou 2 roues. C'est juste impossible de garer plus 
d'une voiture ;-) Et aussi d'apporter une petite laine Embarassed
